01Concept
First, we look at user research and competitive
analysis across industries. Then, we'll sit down
with you to define the long-term goals, things that
might get in the way and agree together on what
the first concept of our market solution might be.

02Design
Our next step in the process is to make that idea
tangible giving our teams context and the ability
to test your product with real users.

03MVP
We want to rapidly develop an early version of
our product and ship this to real users. This
allows us to incorporate real metrics, generate
traction, and identify features users want.

04Iterate
We’ve got to double down on the successful
elements of our minimum viable product, then
listen to users and add the iterations they’ve told
us will make the product the best.

05Scale
When we scale, we need to ensure user
retention, mechanics for natural growth, and
spend a lot of time on reliability engineering.
